If you’ve ever been to a motocross track, chances are you
have seen Papa Hinde.
With great support and a love one cannot explain, motocross
has been a family tradition in the Hinde family for many years. Whether it’s
loading up bikes in the truck, going to every race, or even fixing the bikes,
Papa Hinde is a man of many skills in the aspect. Being the only one in the
household that provides a means of income he is a very admirable man that loves
and supports his family.
Not too long ago Papa Hinde’s leg had been giving him some
trouble, with going to see a doctor for a diagnosis, he came to find out he has
a pretty good sized blood clot in his leg.
After a gruesome 7 hour surgery to remove the clot, his
health took a turn for the worst. Shortly after, his liver began failing, they
were forced to put him into a medically induced coma.
the doctors had come to a decision to amputate Papa Hinde’s
leg to save his life.
Things started to look up when they decided to wake him from
his 4 days coma. The doctors performed another extensive surgery in order to
remove the clot, the doctors came to the conclusion to amputate his leg in
order to save his life.
In the checkups and being looked over many times by multiple
doctors, they found a numerous number of blood clots in Papa Hinde’s lungs.
Being allergic to the blood thinner’s they need to give him to keep the clots
stable they are left with only hope, wishes, and prayers to keep this wonderful
man alive.
The Hinde family is in fear of losing their father, husband,
and grandfather.
With the extent of the operations, time spent in the
hospital, and Papa Hinde being the only one in the household that provides and
income, the Hinde family is having a very hard time making ends meet.
If you have met anyone in the Hinde Family you would be
proud to call them friend. With the utmost respect and the most positive of
attitudes and morals, the Hinde family is a great one to say the least.
